Vanity comes first!

is a blog for everybody who wants to get a few tips about beauty, and health…so every question or suggestion will be very welcome… the idea of this is that ppl from ALL OVER THE WORLD gets involved… so it will be in English and Spanish, by now, because those are the lenguages i speak… why vanity comes first??? because what you do about your health and beauty I (and i respect other views about this subject)…but I believe its proportional to how much you respect and love your body… i’m not talking about diets, or loads of make up…or trying to look like somebody else… i want everybody that reads this blog to see themselves at the mirror and say: what can i do for me today???…

es un blog para tod@ el que quiera saber algun tip sobre belleza o salud… lo que quiere decir que cualquier sugerencia y/o comentario sera bienvenido…la idea de esto es que gente de TODOS LADOS DEL MUNDO se involucre… por ahora lo escribire TODO en ingles y español, porque son los idiomas que yo manejo…. POR QUE “vanity comes first”??( la vanidad viene primero)… porque (esta es mi opinion, respeto cualquier otras ideas)…pero personalmente, creo que todo lo que hagas con tu cuerpo es proporcional con el amor y respeto que le tengas al mismo…no estoy hablando de dietas, o de toneladas de maquillaje…o tratar de parecerte a alguien… quiero que todos los que lean este blog hoy, se vean al espejo y se digan: que puedo hacer por mi hoy???

entonces, espero por sus sugerencias, comentarios etc….
